Sept 2023 – Forget me not /A Garden of Delight , Dee & Nawal

… Really enjoyed the day.

Loved the music and the gentle dances! Liked the way we repeated them and returned to them. Should help us remember them better, but I don’t think my brain was working very well!!!

Looking forward to trying them again on our Wednesday dance days 🥰”

June 2023 – St Andrews weekend with Anne-Lise Kryger

… what a delight it is to work with you and the CSCD committee. You are such a well oiled machine and I felt so supported in all aspects around the weekend workshop. Thank you for your dedication, enthusiasm and hard work in setting up and running the workshops to such a high standard. You are a dream team.” Anne-Lise

I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and your attention to detail made it all run smoothly. The teacher was a very special and spiritual teacher and hope we will get the opportunity to have her back sometime. The accommodation was good and the staff in the dining area particularly welcoming.” Lucille

Dear Committee…friends…just to say thank you for all your thoughtful preparation and planning to create such a successful weekend. I know how much work goes into these events. I so much appreciated being informed and cared for from beginning to end.” Gillian L

The whole weekend was simply a joy. I knew the dances would be brilliant, of course, as Anne-Lise is such a wonderful teacher, but as I’d never been to St. Andrews before I had no idea what everything else would be like. I thought the accommodation was excellent…the food was very good and the staff were all lovely. Everything was so well organised – the CSCD committee did a superb job. Thank you all for making it such a success.” Nicola

April 2023 – Turn of the Tide with Joyce McAndrew

I write to say thank you for the lovely photo’s of a very special day of dance, friendship and food.

There’s always a warm welcome at Sauchie, with tea breaks and lunch served and cleared seemingly with such pleasure. As always lunch was delicious, many thanks to all involved in making it possible.

From the beautiful creative centre piece, which led to our own introductions about the water we lived closest to, to the music and dance with that same theme running through, Joyce created magic bringing her own individuality. With a wonderful sense of humour she immediately made you feel relaxed, creating laughter and joy, making it a memorable day. All of that comes from hard work and dedication and it was obvious how much everyone appreciated and warmed to such a lovely talented lady.

Many thanks to you and Lynne for organising the day and for the opportunity to learn more, which we are now doing in the Kinross Circle group led by our own talented teacher, Lynne.  Kindest Regards

Helen
